  • Is there anything less than poor? This is by far the worst job I have ever seen on any dog ever. My mini aussie was taken in today for a bath and to get her hair trimmed as she is blowing her summer coat. When I saw what they had done to her I was mortified. They claimed that she was too hard to work with so they left her half cut and called it a feather shave. On top of the work not being done they charged full price for a terrible job. Never in my life have I seen a business run this way and PAM had the nerve to try to make me feel bad about complaining about the job being shotty. I beg you to not take your dogs here. I will be going to the BBB and will be posting this complaint wherever I possibly can. They are definitely called Bargain Barks for a reason. Do not expect your dogs to look good when they leave after being left in her care.
