  • The first couple visits I had lasting results with the strength of my nails. Because it is near my house and my nails looked ok, I tolerated the insulting and derogatory remarks made to me by Lana. For example Lana said things to me like: My eyebrows were terrible looking, my choice of nail style & colors looked like a young person would choose and I was way too old for that according to her. Then on my last visit one nail needed a repair and she put acrylic over it, no different from any of my others that were getting filled. I was charged extra for having a "new" nail put on that I did not even get. To top it off it was the worst fill I have ever received. I was on vacation and they were falling apart within the first week. Very disappointing as I was not even doing any work with my hands. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Would give her zero stars if I could.
