  • This company is not even worthy of one star. Do they care about their residents? Uh NO!!!! Do they honestly care about the communities they represent? Uh NO!!!!! Safety in their communities is not their priority. This is proven by the fact that there have been two completely shattered toilets (!!!!!gross!!!!) sitting on the side of the curb for over two months. But don't you dare park in front of your garage!!! And you better paint that house!!! Oh but getting approvals for colors is non existent because they do not return phone calls. I'm still waiting to have my colors approved and I submitted over two months ago. Good thing I just went ahead and painted. This is THE worst property management company I have ever dealt with. So unprofessional!! No wonder everyone is trying to get the hell out of here. And here is a pic of what you will be looking at if you move here....
