  • I will start off by saying I love Navy Federal. I have been banking with them for four years now and never had an issue until I dealt with this particular location. I have been told numerous times incorrect information by the same individual on several occasions. I don't want to have to walk in and point out who I would like to deal with and who not because I expect everyone to know their job as if they would want the same from me. Also, this is the most convenient location for me living in N Las Vegas so i prefer to use this one but their card printer is always broken!!!! Very disappointing.
