  • They did a great job with my cleaning (some sweaters, dresses, and men's suit pants). Definitely will return for my dry cleaning needs. I was told by one person that they do alterations, but when I tried to take some pants in someone else told me they don't do alterations. So I've been a little annoyed with the customer service on occasion. Most of the people are friendly and seem to know what's going on. There's just this one guy who I hate dealing with and he's there more often than not. One incident that really impressed me, though, is when I took in a quilt that needed cleaning. The lady who looked at it clearly cared for the item -- she didn't just snatch it and tell me when to pick it up. She explained how she would clean it and what she would do to make sure it held together (it was an old family quilt). She even commented on the good quality of the quilt. It was nice to know that she cared how important it was to me. All that considered, I'd recommend this place. It's nice to have a cleaner just a few minutes from my house who, so far, hasn't ruined my clothes (which is basically what every other cleaner I've tried in Charlotte has done).
