The buying car experience was great. I had no problems. My car came with 3 oil changes and have not had any issues with the oil changes or the vehicle itself. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because when I went to get my oil changed and waited the salesperson, Bill, and the finance manager, Matt, who helped me were there and walked right by me. Did not acknowledge me or even say hi. You would think they would remember someone that spent over $20,000. Definitely need some work on customer service.
