  • The office staff is not friendly. I had a scheduled appointment. A tooth erupted and I called to say I would be a little late. After arriving 15 minutes late my appointment was removed. Seems the next patient was given my time. I requested to have the other patients time. The staff was not flexible. The first visit I waited nearly a hour. Appointments are not kept timely. Then you are rushed in when finally called back to see the doctor. I switched to Arizona Pulmonary and the staff was helpful and cooperative I was not spoken down to. Patients don't deserve to be mistreated by their health care provider. I was seen by Dr. Dhingra. He probably doesn't realize how badly patients are treated by the front office staff. The medical assistant took several days to return a call. I am finished with Sunrise Medical.i don't have to get mistreated from my doctors office and the staff that has little to no compassion for patients that seek medical help.
