  • Got my hair cut there a week ago. The guy's name was Matthew, I think. He did a terrible job. I think he forgot to cut the left side of my hair! I had to go back and have it fixed so now it's too short. He also asked me how I wanted it styled. He curled it with the flat iron, and it looked ridiculous. I can't believe he charged me $10 bucks for that! I will never go to Ulta for salon services again.
