  • Tough to do business with these guys now. Charles retired and left the day-to-day to his son, some of the mechanics are obnoxious to speak with and treat you like a know-nothing, and the owner does not return messages even when you are looking to schedule service. I called them 2x, left detailed messages both times, requesting a quote on some expectedly expensive repairs, and no reply at all. Too bad for them, but maybe they do not need the money. Sorry to see Charles leave, as the son has no business sense at all, or just does not give a damn.
