I checked this place out online and the hours state its from 9am-5pm.I went in today a little before nine and I guess Mondays mornings are always bit busier. When I got there the line was out the door and the lobby was filled. I still needed to get prescription and was told you can't leave once you're signed in, but you can call for an appointment. I walked over to Albertson's as I called the automated appointment system. I made my appointment but didn't have a pen to write down my confirmation number. I got my prescription and went back to sign in for my appointment time in an hour which was a 1/2 hour sooner than the walk-in waiting time. They called my name and asked me for a confirmation number, I explained I didn't have a pen and didn't get it, and they explained they couldn't take the appointment without the confirmation number. But I was behind only 6 people if I wanted to stay. I tried to call the automated system but without a confirmation number you get nowhere fast. I tried to get online but I couldn't get a signal there, and I assume the computer would need the same confirmation number since it's all automated. There is no person to speak to. So I went to the waiting list. My paperwork got shuffled in the confusion and after about the 8th person called I questioned my position being skipped. They were very helpful and got me right back. My phlebotomist was very patient and kind. I only have a prick mark, no bruise! I asked her about the full lobby at nine and she informed me this location has been 7am-3pm since it opened. So I let her know the website has the wrong hours. She was very nice and apologetic, but I don't know if she knew who to tell about the incorrect website. I was done and out of there in about an 1 1/2 hrs. Not too bad for a crazy Monday morning. Also if you are fasting for blood work, its best to drink plenty of water. The more hydrated you are the easier it is to draw your blood, a tip from the phlebotomist :)
