  • I've used Ticket Busters twice now, for speeding and not having Proof of Insurance citations. I simply emailed them and sent them a screen shot of my ticket, and left the rest of to them. A few weeks later I received their letter stating that the insurance citation was dropped and the speeding ticket downgraded to a parking citation. So no points! Jacqueline Stover corresponded with me via email throughout the process and was very personal and friendly. Ticket Busters is the bomb!
