  • I originally called Dodge to get an estimate. Preston came out himself and took more than thirty minutes to explain all the options to me. Even though we decided not to do the work, I was so impressed with his patience and honesty that when we had an urgent electrical issue, Dodge was my first call. We had several 240 outlets that were wired incorrectly. One arched and while it didn't catch fire, the melted outlet and charred dryer plug were very concerning. We had also gotten an error code on the oven that it was not getting proper current. Jordan at Dodge was able to get someone out with in 24 hours to checkout both issues and repair the dryer the same day. The technicians were concerned enough about the oven to recommend leaving the breaker off until the work was completed two days later. Overall I was impressed with the prompt, knowledgeable, and professional service at a fair price. I would not hesitate to call Dodge for any future electrical problems.
