  • All stars ratings are relative, but for a middle class resort you can't beat Pagpo. Rooms furnished with robes, actual mugs and glasses as well as paper for poolside, pool towels, plenty of nice room towels. Good wifi, tv with many channels, good breakfast available in restaurant. respite from Scottsdale. A real buy for your $. Would like tosee rugs go, but that's my only downer.
