  • Technicians treated me with respect and kept me updated throughout my time there. Flat screen TV, coffee and drinks, and various snacks in the waiting area. Only complaint is that the dealership interior is painted black. Was dark everywhere even though it was 7:30 in the morning. All of my questions as a new MINI owner were answered and left feeling like I could trust them. Always a good feeling...
