  • I HATE THIS PLACE! My boyfriend decided to sign a lease with this place without my consent, and man is he paying for it. I can't stand to visit him only because it makes me so mad that these mfs are getting over on him. The pool is not heated, don't let them lie to you! Its freaking freezing. The jacuzzi is closed, its been closed for about 5 months! The gym is freaking filthy! I guarantee you, it proposes so many health violations! There aren't any sanitizing wipes, so its only a matter of time before someone catches MRSA. The majority of the equipment has been out of order for 7 months. All the rent these people collect and they cant replace two or three treadmills and order a bulk of lysol wipes monthly. Thats terrible. Also the door handle on his front door is broken! Which is also a safety violation. The damn smoke detector has not been fixed after placing a maintenance order 10 months ago. Honestly, do they have maintenance? Because the a/c has been broken for a week! Its on 51 degrees but 82 degrees in his home. (News flash people, its Arizona not Washington) Where they do that at? Disrespectful! But they sure do bug you for your rent to be on time, and can't fix anything! I need answers. As a matter of fact I might go place my name on the lease, just to go off on these lazy, inconsiderate, incompetent people and get my attorney involved ! Anyways, please don't rent here. Its a perfect location for the city but a terrible location with high crime rates. There has been 2 reported sex offenders in this area. So have fun thinking you are safe in a gated community. This place doesn't deserve 1 star!
