  • Although I wrote a negative review earlier, I received a courtesy call from J.R, the service manager who explained how the issue occurred. Subsequent to that I took our Durango in for service and was extremely satisfied with the service and the professionalism of J.R. and everyone else who I encountered during the visit. They did a computer check, quickly identified the problem and took care of it in a timely manner. I even had freshly popped popcorn and coffee while they washed the car before delivering it to me at the time they promised. Prestige in my place for getting our Dodge serviced.
