  • I moved from out of state, and I picked Oakbrook because it's close to work. I would not recommend Oakbrook at all. I thought it was going to be a great place, but boy was I wrong. There are hidden monthly fees that I was not told about when signing my lease. There is a roach problem which is not only disgusting, but unacceptable since one of the monthly fees is for pest control. The walls are pretty thin, so noise from the neighbors is constant. I've lived here for 5 months and I've never seen the same person in the office more than twice. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere, the quality is definitely not worth the high price of rent at Oakbrook.
