  • This is one of the worst nail salons I've ever visited. In terms of appearance, it's very nice and very clean. I will give them that. It LOOKS inviting. However, I soon found out that it is not. I've given it a few chances because it's in a convenient location. Each time I've left disappointed. While some of the employees are very nice, I've encountered too many who were rude and unprofessional. After getting a gel manicure, I tipped an employee with cash. She did not even thank me. She just grabbed my money and stormed off. (After not speaking to me the entire time I was there.) I decided to give them another chance. Everyone has bad days, right?! So, I went back and I got another gel manicure. It chipped fairly soon after my visit. I went back to get it fixed. The employee who fixed it was awful. She never said hello. Just grabbed my hand, scowled, and started working on my nail. She did a terrible job and the end result looked nothing like my other nails. I asked if she could fix it and you would think I'd asked her for $100. Venetian is proof that looks can be deceiving. I will not be going back.
