  • Wow... what a change in 1 year. We had a great time a year ago when we celebrated my birthday there. Decided to book again, despite all the negative reviews. They told us over the phone we would have a room by the pool with a private patio. We were on the first floor no where near the pool and our patio wasn't private. It was open and most people were walking through it as a shortcut rather than following the sidewalk. They keys didn't work, so we took this as a sign that, this room wasn't for us. They offered us another room, closer to the pool upstairs. No balcony or patio, but that's fine. We got up there, and there was a pair of goggles under the entertainment center from previous guests that we noticed right away, little hairs in the shower tub, and even though we tried to ignore it all... the last straw was the 4 long hairs on our pillows as we got in the bed to sleep. We called FD and they offered us a refund. We are now celebrating our 1 year anniversary NEXT week at a different resort.
