  • I had a bad ending with this place but want to be as fair balanced as possible. I have taken my two little rescue dogs to be groomed there many times since moving to Scottsdale in March. My dogs are special needs little guys, one is blind and one is deaf. Sometimes the grooming is excellent and sometimes ok. I did not realize that there are different groomer and I can tell a significant difference. When I picked them up this week, I had to smell them to make sure they had been groomed. I have fluffy white dogs and there is usually a dramatic difference when groomed. My deaf dog has a mole on her head and it was open and bleeding a considerable amount. I called the next day to complain. I have had dogs my entire life that have been groomed and I have never complained. The owner/manager - Mike did call several times to address the issue.....that is good. The trouble is, he tried to put the blame on me and my little dogs. These are 10 pound dogs.....how hard can that be. Usually groomers love my little guys because they were rescued from a horrible life and my blind guy from death at the county. I will not go back. There must be a groomer there that is excellent and if you can figure that person out then stay with her. I will not mention the name of the groomer I had an issue with.
