  • Was moving into a new home. Ordered my wood blinds 1 full month before I needed them and was promised I would have them in two weeks. They are now more than one month late, I have called them 3 times and got a different date each time. No one ever called me from the store to say the blinds would be late - no reason given and best of all - they told me to put cardboard on my Windows until they come. Never again.
