This place is a-OK. I got the fried chicken and husband got pot roast. His meat was a little dry. My chicken was cooked well but lacked seasoning. The sides were delicious. I had mac and cheese, collards, and mashed potatoes. I chose the biscuit instead of the cornbread...it was okay. Kind of small and hard. I tried my husband's cornbread though and it was pretty good.
The service was okay. Nothing to write home about but also nothing to complain about.
I was impressed at how quickly our food came out. It was probably 5 minutes from the time we ordered until our plates were in front of us.
All in all, I would return because I support their cause. I'd get a southern sides plate with cornbread next time.
