  • While the general facility is in good condition and kept clean, the service is terrible! I have attempted for 8 weeks to resolve a disputed charge on my account, and have continually been given the runaround. I've made several calls to their corporate "Member Relations" office, and was told each time that they had no record of my calls. I am BEYOND frustrated and intend to cancel my membership. But don't forget, they're gonna charge you for an extra 30 days!
