Had battery replaced in my Victorinox Swiss Army watch for $9.95. A few weeks later it stopped. Took it back and they replaced the battery again, but the watch stopped again within a few weeks. On my 3rd trip, they said there must be something wrong with my watch as it couldn't be their batteries as they were the best in the world. They estimated $90 to "overhaul" my watch. Since I only paid $150 on sale five years ago, I said no thanks. A few months later on a whim, I took that watch to the Walmart across the street. They put a battery in for $4.95 and six months later, the watch is still ticking. What does this mean? Desert Diamond doesn't know what they're doing? Their batteries are old and no longer work or they put the wrong type/size in? They were looking to sell me a new high end watch? I don't know, but be careful doing business here as they may not be the experts they claim to be.
