rev:text	It's taken me a long time to write this review but after finding a proper salon in Montreal with good ethics and great results I've finally decided to write about my opposite experience at Beaute Business. I began seeing Jessica Hoff in December who was going to help me with the very long process of going blonde. The first few sessions we had together were good besides the fact that she ruined my dress by getting bleach on it but mistakes happen and that's understandable. She won my loyalty over with the skill she showed back then and that was enough to keep me coming back for more. The last few sessions we had together were horrible. I booked an appointment a month in advance for my final process of going blonde and it started off late. I booked my appointment and arrived on time but was not seen until half an hour later. As a frequent client of her's I completely understood that as well. What was not understandable was that after discussing my goal with Jessica over the past few months of what I wanted my hair to look and communicating an understanding as to what that goal was was her sitting me down in her chair and attending to other clients while I booked weeks in advance to have her time to myself. I understand that hairstylists can multi task but her multitasking resulted in my hair being left over toned in the sink and turning out DARK BLUE. Not only did she not apologize after seeing this happened as I at the time was too much in shock to tell her how I disappointed i was she tried to convince me that this hair colour was intentional and she did it to cut the brass out of my hair. I had so much faith in her at the time that I left the salon believing her but after going home and reflecting, I realized that this was clearly a mistake. After confronting her boss about this they agreed to fix it up for me by putting a colour remover but after that my hair was still not the blonde colour I wanted. It was a grey silver colour with a strange undertone that after a few washes turned out to be GREEN. Furious, I then asked her what this was all about and she said that the green tint was caused by the lighting in certain rooms. After going a week with this colour and going to multiple salons to receive their opinion they decided that the lighting was not the case and that she did not do a proper job with removing the blue, hence the green undertones still being in my hair. I asked her to fix this again. The first time they fixed my hair they did not ask for any compensation but Jessica had the audacity to ask me to tip her the third time she went to fix my hair. I understand doing so because she spent time on my hair, but I would never have been in the position to return back the third time if she just got it right the first time. Even after the third session my hair still pulled a green tint and that is when I called it quits with this dishonest business. After going to a different salon who fixed it properly, my hair has never pulled a green tint. They tried to cover up their poor skills and mistakes with lies and excuses. Don't go here if you don't want to waste time and energy.
