  • The food is pretty good and I consider it to be authentic. The chips and salsa are addicting! Ponchos loses two stars because the service is always very bad. I have gone to Ponchos several times for several years so I know what to expect...poor service! My friends and I went today and the service we received from the waitress was no different than prior visits...poor! However, Louie should have been our waiter! He is actually the busboy and was more helpful than our waitress!! Louie took very good care of us...very simple requests our waitress didn't even come around to ask, more napkins, chips and one refill on our drinks. So my friends and I agree....ASK FOR LOUIE!!!!
