  • They really messed up, we rented the car at 9:42pm, we return the car before 10pm...they said we returned the car at 11:42 pm but when entering our home it is documented that my personal security code was entered at 10:20pm, we have witnesses and spoke to the Phx Police and Airport Security to document the time via camera footage because when we told them they must have made a mistake they said "all well, it's what our documents say so it is what it is" they charged us $200 for a 1 day intermediate sized vehicle...our quote was $74... I tried for 4 hours to get ahold of a manager and was placed on hold for over 40 minutes on 1 call with no result and then another time for an hour, of course with no result, i was told umpteen times there is nothing we can do... yes we have screen shots of the elapsed time with their phone number in the shot. I warn ANYONE and EVERYONE that they are a scam, it is a con, and I will be taking this to every social outlet including the local news.... some people lay down when down wrong... I am not one of those types. Please take heed to this post, it is sincere and why roll the dice and hope you are one of the few, very few good reviews this company has!!!
