  • The inside of this shop has a funky, trendy feel with bright purple walls. The menu is extensive with ice cream in every incarnation your heart may desire! We stopped inside to beat the heat and cool off. I wanted the shaved ice as was advertised on the outside marquee, however the words "shaved ice" are nowhere to be found on the menu hanging behind the register. There was no one else inside, so we asked the very unfriendly young cashier if she could show us where The shaved ice portion was and she vaguely pointed to an area on the board. After asking 2 more times she finally said "its snow fluff". I shouldn't have had to pry the answer out of her and she should have looked up from her phone to help (strike one) My husband opted for rolled Oreo ice cream (which took almost 10 minutes to prepare I was worried it would be a melty pile on the plate) My snow fluff came out quickly and was very tasty. Nice flavor and the right texture to make the name "fluff" proud. The rolled ice cream was finally served aside from being delicious it had a nice plate presentation. I am deducting 2 stars for customer service at the unfriendly and unhelpful associate and 1 more star for high prices. The rolled Oreo ice cream was $12 and my fluff was $4. I wouldn't have minded paying the bill if the service was friendly. They are taking our money would it be so difficult to smile?! All this being said- I will not be back. Also, they have those tablet registers where you slide your card which in my opinion just encourages lazy and unfriendly associate attitude. Now I know why the inside was dead on a Saturday afternoon with it being 95 degrees outside.
