The idea behind SupperSolved is to quickly make up a bunch of ready to eat meals that you can take home, freeze and reheat. After making an online reservation and selecting the meals that you want to prepare, you show up at their shop. They will give you an apron and you move from station to station where all of the fresh ingredients are waiting for you to assemble. The quality of the ingredients is really great - fresh herbs, goat cheese, nice cuts of meat and fish. You have the option of tweaking the recipes a bit to your taste (ie you can use more or less spice or salt, omit certain ingredients if you don't care for them). After about an hour or so, you will have a couple weeks worth of dinners packaged up neatly in disposable aluminum trays ready to take home. You leave behind all the mess and the lovely staff clean up behind you.
I would really recommend going with a friend and splitting the entrees. (The smallest package that you can buy offers 6 different entrees that can serve 6 people = 36 meals.) You can split up the entrees so that they serve 3 people instead for no extra charge if you want to share or if you have a small family. It is a bit more expensive than doing it yourself, but the time saving and convenience makes it worth it!
