  • I brought in a beautiful black Gucci purse it was 10 years old "vintage" a little worn, I hadn't used it in at least 6 years it was 100% leather. They told me that there was going to be authenticated and I told them that was absolutely fine. I even signed paper knowing that it was a hundred percent authentic. I wasn't expecting to get even half of what I spent back because I'm realistic but I sure as heck didn't expect to get only $38 in store credit. Never ever will I bring anything to this store again.
