  • These guys are a class act, Gio came to my house after we cancelled an earlier appointment, didn't charge us extra and stayed until 11pm. Unfortunately we had a a major issue with AC and needed to replace, he did a thorough evaluation, went into a very tight attic to check things out. Gave us a quote and made sure our old unit was working well enough to get us through the weekend. He also offered to come back as needed to make sure we were good in the meantime, no one did that at the last place that repaired my old unit. Ask for Gio, young knowledgeable guy, will make sure you are taken care of and will not let you down, and will NOT leave until you're fixed up. Ken and Tyler were involved in the install and again, this crew seems like a younger group of guys but they know their business and took all the time we needed to understand how the new system worked and I didn't make it easy on them, it was a big purchase and they didn't leave until I was satisfied. They came back again, and again Gio volunteered to go in the attic for a check that it was all hooked up right. Much appreciated!!
