I would rate Sea as an average restaurant in Las Vegas. The pricing was reasonable, and the food was average. We wanted a light meal so we went with a couple of appetizers. The honey walnut shrimp was tasty, the appetizer portion had about 10 shrimp, but there was way too much breading on them. The spring rolls were good, especially the sauce that they were in. This was also a decent size portion. My friend that got the pad Thai, she said it was average.
I would recommend this restaurant if you want something low-key.
