Been going to Camelback since the Sox moved from Tucson and enjoy the facility as a whole; the place is clean, the staff are always friendly and there aren't really any bad seats.
Others have mentioned that getting in and out of the parking lot can be a challenge and they're right, there's only one road in and out of the place.
PRO TIP: don't try to make a left out of the park like everybody else, make a right and go around the block to get to the 101, it's a bit of a detour but can save you some time sitting in traffic (don't make a right and do a u-turn in the middle of the blvd., you'll just get back in the traffic snarl and the local PD watches for that move too).
The food options have dwindled a bit at Sox home games as they're struggling with attendance. The Gordon Biersch in the right field outfield is gone; the Philly cheesesteak and chicken cheesesteak stand in center (which had really good sandwiches) is also gone; Ditka's and Salty Seniorita in right field foul territory have given way to a beer garden / bar; BBQ in left field foul territory is no longer around either. It can be a bit of a challenge to find something outside a hot dog or nachos if you're not sitting near home plate where all the remaining specialty food vendors are (unless you don't mind a bit of a walk).
The first few years, if you came early, you could watch games on the practice fields before the start of main game (not sure if they're still doing this but it was nice to get some bonus baseball when we wanted it).
