  • I wish I had known this resource before I started looking for an apartment in Phoenix. My current lease was about to expire and I wasn't any closer to getting the apartment I wanted. I had very specific criteria for my next apartment experience: beautiful, top floor, quiet, safe, new appliances, washer/dryer in unit, APS, location close to work and a number of other requirements that would make me feel at home and make it a good experience. My old apartment experience was horrible: bad A/C with old thermostat that didn't work right, plus it kept braking up constantly in the middle of summer, water service that needed to be repaired every two months, old appliances that looked like junk, rude and uncaring staff, etc. PLUS an untidy, nosy and needy roommate that made everything a thousand times worse. Finally I decided to call Valley King and was very fortunate to find the assistance I needed in very little time. I only had a couple of weeks before I had to vacate my previous apartment (I already gave notice) and Sigi Maya got me the right apartment at the right price in about 20 minutes! I can't even begin to express my deeply felt gratitude for this guy! He was patient, kind and VERY competent. He did a really wonderful job. I highly recommend Sigi. He's a life saver. After reading the other reviews in for this service I would recommend knowing what you want and having the necessary monetary resources and paperwork at hand to close a deal quickly and effectively. These people are very well connected professionals. Disorganized, poorly researched and/or people with no monetary resources at hand will probably not have the best experience. Come prepared!!
