| - Ok, I have seen some seriously negative reviews and am scratching my head as to why. I have been in a few times and have always been greeted with a friendly face and helpful employee. Someone even had a hissy fit about becoming a VIP member. Read the print and you'll know exactly what you're getting into. I am a VIP member, have been for like almost 3 years I think. All you have to do is SKIP THE MONTH and you don't get charged. I even accidentally forgot to skip once, called them and said I just can't afford it this month and they returned my money, I almost canceled my membership and they gave me extra points to put toward a new outfit if I stayed (it worked, I stayed and glad I did)
I got my outfit this month and some of the stuff didn't fit quite right, so I went down to the store to exchange the items. They had the items I wanted in stock, and I believe the manager was helping me, very cute and very nice, she had an accent. It wasn't a problem at all exchanging and she helped me pick out a few other items. I didn't feel pressured or ignored, she was way nice. The other employee in there was helping other customers and they were both running around doing their jobs. She even told me that I can pick out my monthly outfit in the store so I didn't have to guess online. Im glad I went in because I wouldn't have known that. I will be going back regularly. Maybe the people complaining about not being helped are constants that just go in and mess up the store and don't buy anything. Anyway, thanks to them for being nice and helpful and giving me info about my outfits that I didn't know.
