I just picked up my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from the service center for an oil change and to fix a small oil leak. I had asked the service writer, Jeff, if he could wash the vehicle, which he marked on the ticket. Picked it up and waited 15 minutes while they searched for the key which had been misplaced. Jeff told us that he had to eat $80 dollars on the oil change because the free oil changes we purchased from Chrysler at the time we bought the car were not enough to cover the change on a diesel. He was quite rude and scolded us in telling us to go back to the dealer and have this straightened out, I explained to him that it was a Chrysler incentive and would have been the same at any location, I had the oil changed at Earnhardt Jeep and they never said a word about a cost difference. Jeff wanted to be clear on that point. They could not determine where the oil leak is coming from so we were to bring it back in 500 miles. The Jeep was not washed, they didn't even remove the dirty fingerprints inside the drivers area which they had left. We had the impression that they didn't really care if we came back or not, so we won't.
