  • My wife and I are about to move across the street to the Aviata Apartments. Our current complex got sold and now the new owners are raising rent with no added amenities or anything. Now, we've done our homework and have seen a lot of other complexes. We decided to go with Aviata Apartments because we like this area of town. We are pretty central to everything we like, do and need. The tour was great. We like the apartment we pick and for us, the price is right. The office staff were welcoming. We like the amenities on the property that they offer as well. So, we move at the end of June and I plan to come back to give you an update once we are in. As for now, we are very excited about this move.
