  • I will give no stars if I could.. Horrible experience in my life I feel very disapointed... Direct TV is a company of cheaters horrible customer service.. they take your money from your credit card without your permission and they want to forced you to reconnect back the service in order to refund $495.00 dollars back that they charge because you don't agreed with their conditions to keep the "2 year contract". Direct TV doesnt allowed their clients to make choices like what name you want in your bills they choose for you the name even if that name is not your legal name. This message is to every person that want to make service with Direct TV please be advised that they are going to cheat on you and take your money from your credit card without permission!!!
