  • This place is HORRIBLE with bad management and business ethics. Don't let them take advantage of running your credit before they explain to you what is needed to be approved according to Nevada's rental "standards" if your moving from out of state. Their communication is horrendous we had an apartment on hold expecting to move in but didn't hear anything from the office for weeks. We thought that was weird so we called several times trying to get in contact with our leasing agent. It wasn't until we spoke with CORPORATE to find out what was going on because of lack of communication in their side. Their management is BELOW par. Our rental agent was Quinton and just want to say Thanks Quinton for your lack of due diligence and service. I'm glad this place didn't work out we found a much better place that has much better management. Highly recommend not to waste your time here.
