  • Horrible customer service. Scheduled an appointment for today almost two weeks ago and gave deposit. Time frame 2:00-PM to 4:00-PM. It's 5:00-PM and still no technician. No call to say they're delayed. Nothing. I called them and was assured someone would be here and would call when en route and was told he was still at his noon appointment. When I asked if it was their company policy to notify customer they'd be late I got no reply. They're charging me $115 to clean one living room. No stains, no damage to carpet. Thats just their price. That's a big price tag to put on the worst customer service I've seen yet. I doubt he'll show and if he does I doubt this service will be worth a lost afternoon. NEVER AGAIN!! Think twice before using this company.
