  • I called to make an appointment with Anderson Audiology and was helped by Nancy. She took all my information and scheduled a timely appointment. My GP also wanted me to have an ENG/Balance test done and Nancy explained that they did not perform that test but was able to provide me with a referral. As she already had all my information she offered to contact provider (that accepted my insurance) and set the appointment. It is really nice to work with someone who is professional, friendly & is willing to take time from a busy day to help. Highly recommend.
