  • I used them in the past a few years ago. They did a great job, so I called them a second time, because I had a roommate that moved out. I support small businesses that give good service. He gave me a quote over the phone which I felt was fare. I told him I had 3 locks which needed changing. The quote was based on that. Once the technician arrived the price changed because I had a security door which is keyed on both sides. There was a little confusion, but quickly resolved. They did a great job rekeying all of my locks. I tested them before the technician left and tested the automatic lock, all worked great. They are easy to work with, arrived on time, and great service. I will use them again if needed and send referrals. They are veterans and I support all veteran businesses.
