  • Good morning I am a customer from day one ..and everyone in your store that you have hired, you've done a great job with the customer service that they provide. I had a birthday dinner for my son last evening at Brio, walked over to your store to pick up my call In. Not sure, who took the order and hour before. But there's one particular person that stood out as I walked in to pick up my call-in and her realizing that it wasn't there. She went over the call of duty to make me happy... I do spend a lot of money in your store... she didn't know that and it really didn't matter..she just wanted to make sure that the customer in front of her was taken care of immediately . Of what they deserve. Just want to make sure I get her name right and she's recognized for this great customer service that she provided. I did ask somebody at the register what her name was. ... I think it was ?Melissa. I hope I'm getting the name right .. she needs to be recognized, and for you, hiring the right person for your store. Great job!!!!?? Thank you Jan D Gilbert resident
