  • Great management company. Were with them for four years. Never had any issues getting maintenance issues addressed. Always friendly and helpful. We encountered some hard times when my husband had medical issue and they were very easy to communicate with regarding rent payments. Jeff will inspect the rental upon renewal and is always very professional, kind, and non-invasive. Rebecca and Rachel in the office are also very professional and nice to talk to. Recently had the pleasure of working with Jim and Candice and both were so helpful in helping us find a new place to call home. I would highly recommend third base if your a home owner and need someone to manage your rentals, if you're a renter and want to work with a professional management company that treats you well, or if you are looking to buy or sell your home.
