I really do hate to do this but, I have been coming to Green for several months now. I love the food, especially the Big Wac! This is my go to place for vegan food. However, the last few times I have been here the service has really gone down hill. Tonight I ordered at 8:15pm, then sat at a table to wait for my food. Several other people came in after me, ordered, then had a seat. I got my wings at 8:35pm. I started eating then started to notice that the people who came in after me started getting their Big Wac sandwiches BEFORE me. I counted 5 other people who got there sandwich before I did who ordered LONG AFTER I did. Finally at 8:55pm I got my sandwich. It took them a full 40 minutes to get me my sandwich and 20 minutes after my wings.
This is HORRIBLE customer service!! The girl who brought me my sandwich knew I wasn't happy and she did apologize. What I don't understand is, why did several other people get the same sandwich BEFORE me when they ordered AFTER me?
I really do hope they don't keep going the way they have been. By reading other reviews it looks like I'm not the only one having this problem. If you're reading this Green, please fix this problem. If you don't, you could ruin a really good thing.
