  • Top notch customer service!!! I have been going here for my hair since moved to Charlotte and every time they have done a great job, which is expected from a good salon! However, on my last visit, I left unhappy about how the color had turned out and the end result was not to my liking. These things happen at the very best places but I am happy to share that the staff handled it really well. The front desk immediately conveyed this to Max, the owner, who made it a priority to fit me in on his schedule the first thing next morning and we come with a plan and the service was impeccable. Max and his assistant Tyler not only fixed the hair to my liking on the house but went the extra mile to make sure it was handled with urgency and great attention to detail. Really happy with the service and quality of work! Highly recommend it!!!
