  • I tried Bosa 1 tonight (5/12/10) and it was everything other Yelpers have said. Thanks for the recommendation. I had the combination (#9) platter with BBQ short ribs. The whole meal was super! I was the only customer in the place at 4:30 PM, but I felt like I would have been treated as well if the small restaurant had been packed. The server, a man, explained everything to me, and he made suggestions as it was my first time there. It definitely is not my last. BTW, he said their new schedule would be to close early on Thursday and remain open on Fridays. This starts soon. Thanks Misti!
