  • Ivan is easily one of the worst customer facing managers I've encounter; after a coworker inquired about using a discount card he'd used in the past, Ivan was rude, declared "not anymore" before stomping off and leaving his new employee to deal with the fallout. She did great, btw. He super sucked.
