  • We traveled to AZ from California and did some wedding dress shopping. We went to the bridal salon and had an incredible experience with Tuesday. she was knowledgable, accommodating and efficient. We had several customizations and she was great, made our experience a true say yes to the dress day. We purchased a dress and an accessory The dress was quoted to arrive in February. March first rolls around and he was not gotten a call about the dress. I made several calls and each time I was told I would be called back and rarely was. The staff was incompetent and never knew anything. Three weeks later my dress finally arrived, east coast storms caused the delay which is understandable. But if my dress was going to be 2 months late the staff should have been transparent and communicated the situation instead my mother and I had to hound them for answers. I needed the dress shipped to California which I reiterated multiple times but every time they said I could pick it uo, or what did I want to do for shipping. it was insane. Once it was shipped I did not received notification or a tracking number, and when i called to ask, they again said I would get a call back, but nothing. Their flippant and incompetent attitudes added more stress to an even stressful time. We are now six weeks out and the dress has arrived. However, the accessory is broken, the bag had been tampered with and the beads were all missing. The accessory had been there for four months and no one even checked the quality before shipping. The invoice for the dress said the incorrect color even though the tag on the dress said the correct one. So top to bottom we had a very stressful experience. I am lucky I got to meet Tuesday and she helped me find the dress of my dreams. But had my mother and I not been extremely on top of the situation, who knows what would have happened. When a bride is relying on you to provide the most important and special part of your day, it is important to be clear and transparent every step of the way. if there is a delay, we should be notified, if there is a change, we should get a call. I deserved that, and all other brides do too.
