  • Terrible service. Toilet did not flush and the shower had hair left on the walls. We arrived at 3:45 pm and checked in. We soon noticed the problem with the toilet and the dirty shower. We reported it and then left to a wedding we were attending. They told us the problems would be resolved before we returned that evening. When we arrived back in the room at 10:15 pm the toilet was still not working and the shower was still dirty. I went back to the front desk to report it and I was told that it hadn't been cleaned since housekeeping left at 5:00 pm. The front desk person told us she would send someone to clean the room at that time. She also gave us 2 tickets for the breakfast buffet. I returned to the room and within 5 minutes the night manager called and said that the room couldn't be cleaned until the morning. We decided to leave and get a refund. Since I used my debit card, $168.00 had already been deducted from my account and I was told that it would take 5 business days to refund my account. I advise anyone not to waste their money here. You would be better off checking in to another hotel that would be cleaner and have a toilet in good working order.
